COLLECTIONS -- The museum has two operating restored examples of Allan Herschell carrousels. A beautiful full size 3 abreast machine manufactured in 1916
features a circular "tub" for folks not daring enough to ride the jumping horses. A Wurlitzer style 125 band organ provides the music for the ride
- Totally hands-on museum, one can go and ride the carousel and touch any of the other historical displays. Call in advance to arrange a guided tour.
